No third-party advertising, and no data selling

Let us say the two most important things first. This website does not carry third-party advertising of any kind — no banner networks, no sponsored placements, no ad scripts. And Mex Creative does not sell, rent, or trade visitor information, ever. The website exists to describe our studio and help people get in touch with us, not to monetize the people who visit it.

How we present our services

In a small town, reputation travels faster than any advertisement, so we hold ourselves to a few plain standards in everything we publish:

• No deceptive claims. We describe only work we actually do — brand identity, photography, web design, and print — and we do not promise results, timelines, or outcomes we cannot stand behind.
• No pricing bait. We do not publish teaser prices, fake discounts, or limited-time pressure. Projects are scoped honestly in conversation, and any proposal we make is the real one.
• No undisclosed sponsored content. If we ever mention or feature another business, it is because we genuinely chose to, not because we were paid. Any material relationship would be stated clearly on the page itself.
• Respectful invitations only. Our calls to action are soft by design: "get in touch," "reach out," "learn more." We never use countdown timers, false scarcity, or pressure tactics.

External links

Occasionally our pages may link outward — for example, to a mapping service that shows visitors where the studio is located. Those external sites are not part of Mex Creative and have their own policies, which we encourage you to read. A link from this site is provided for convenience and does not imply that we control or endorse the destination's content.

Acceptable outreach

When Mex Creative reaches out to a business — for instance, to follow up on a conversation started in person — we do so directly, personally, and at most a few times. We do not buy contact lists, send bulk unsolicited email, or use automated marketing tools. If anyone tells you they received persistent or unwanted contact claiming to be from this studio, please let us know so we can look into it.

Compliance statement

We aim to comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including FTC guidance on truthful and non-deceptive advertising and on disclosing material connections. Because this site runs no advertising programs, most advertising-related regulations simply do not apply here — and we intend to keep it that way. If our practices ever change, this policy will be updated and dated accordingly.
